A New Modification Center for Rittal North America

September 1, 2020

Rittal North America celebrates the grand opening of our 3rd modification center in Sparks, Nevada, enhancing the capabilities of their 47,000 sq ft. facility. The Sparks facility is not only the host to an expansive supply of Rittal enclosures and climate control products, but is now a go to location for fast, efficient, and affordable enclosure modification and assembly.

Rittal are excited to increase their US modification capabilities by 50%, ultimately improving their speed to market for their West Coast customers. Rittal’s vision and desire to put engineering decisions and value closer to the customer has become a reality. “During these challenging times, I’m pleased that we stay committed to providing value to our customers. Rittal’s investment into our services translates into a direct benefit for our customers to alleviate pressures within their own organization!” says Greg Storm, Regional Sales Director (West). Not only will the modification center offer increased inventory levels and reduced shipping times, but it will allow you to better allocate your skilled labor resources while concurrently shifting liability related to enclosure modification errors.

Similar to their modification centers in Houston and Urbana, the Sparks facility will offer Rittal’s most popular enclosures ready to modify and ship within 15 days. With their BC1008 Perforex machine, the drilling, tapping and milling of enclosures is completely automated in a single cycle.

Rittal welcomes you to come and see their new facility and all of its capabilities by scheduling a private in-person tour (COVID-related precautions are in place) to see their automation expertise at work. Contact Rittal today to take advantage of the Sparks modification center, allowing you to be more competitive in your local market.
