Hammond Data Communications Racks, Sanitary Enclosures, Miniature Cases, Wire Trough and Wireway from AutomationDirect

January 14, 2021

AutomationDirect adds new series and models of enclosures from Hammond. Hammond data communication racks provide a housing to mount data communication equipment and devices used in industrial environments. Wall-mount swingout rack enclosures include 19-inch mounting rails for easy installation of network access equipment. Rack cabinets and open wall-mount racks are ideal for securing equipment to vertical surfaces in limited spaces. Open-frame floor-mount racks provide threaded rails on the front and back. Rack rails, angles, channels and other accessories are available.

Waterfall series enclosures are ideal for sanitary environments. Their unique hinge design allows for easy hose-down cleaning and the slope top prevents liquid accumulation. These enclosures carry IP69K and ANSI/NSF 169 ratings.

Miniature cases provide watertight protection for electronic equipment, circuit boards and DIN rail mounted components. This selection includes die-cast aluminum, polycarbonate and ABS plastic models.

Wire trough and wireways route and organize electrical cables and wires while protecting them from dust, dirt, oil and water. Hammond wireway styles include lay-in for ease of installation, and pull-through for optimum protection.

Additional models of Hammond enclosures in many categories have also been added.
