New Rack Rep for Central USA and Rep Expansion into the Carolinas

Hammond Manufacturing is pleased to announce the addition of two new manufacturer representative appointments.

At the beginning of April 2022, Hammond appointed Georgia-based Federal Cable to further cover both North and South Carolinas. Since 2020, Federal Cable has represented Hammond’s Rack Mounting Solutions product division for Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. “April’s territory expansion better matches our territory line focus,” explained Alex Richardson, Director of Sales for Federal Cable. “We look forward to providing an increased presence for Hammond and their world-class lineup of products in the Carolinas. This is one more step towards achieving our goal of offering end-to-end solutions for the Datacom industry throughout the Southeast.” Federal Cable can be reached at 678-473-9473 and federalcable.net.

Effective April 18, 2022, Hammond was selected by Texas-based Vertical Datacom Inc, to represent Hammond’s Rack Mounting Solutions product division for Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and New Mexico. “I’ve known Hammond Manufacturing since I was a sales representative for Hammond in the 1990s,” noted Mark W. Smith, President of Vertical Datacom Inc. “We believe Hammond Manufacturing is a great fit for our firm and clients, and the brand is well-known worldwide. Note that these appointments do not change any existing rep appointments to Hammond Manufacturing’s NEMA Enclosure division.
