The S4B Series Heavy-Duty Type 4 Safety Light Curtains add cascading functionality, simplifying installation by reducing wiring while the auto cascade feature automatically recognizes connected curtains.

Specially designed color-coded cordsets minimize the risk of installation errors and allow easy replacement if a component is damaged. Two resolution options, 14-millimeter and 30-millimeter, along with fast response times, deliver greater protection against safety hazards. Zone indication streamlines commissioning and maintenance by conveying alignment status and identifying blocked areas, and the weak beam signal indicates when the curtain needs cleaning for proactive maintenance. The S4B offers easy muting capabilities, using mute arm kits to allow objects to pass through the light curtain’s beams without triggering a stoppage. Flexible mounting options, plus endcap mounting, allow for greater installation freedom.
