STOBER: cLEAN Drive – Easy to Install, Easy to Use

STOBER’s cLEAN Drive is designed for optimal control of the cLEAN Motor using a permanent magnet sensorless vector control.
Easy to install and program, the cLEAN Drive comes with basic motor parameters already written on the drive.
With greater than 150% torque at 0 Hz and 100:1 speed control range, the cLEAN Drive is ideal for loaded conveyor applications. It also features a removable keypad with four save slots for remote operation away from the drive, or for placing a new drive without requiring recommissioning.
The cLEAN Drive features side-by-side installation, which saves valuable cabinet space. Other features include:
- 5,000 built-in PLC steps that can be operated stand-alone without software connection
- Built-in CANopen and Modbus communication protocols
- Optional communication protocols for DeviceNet, EtherCAT, EtherNET/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS DP
- 230VAC & 460VAC 3-phase input voltages and 1HP & 2HP power ratings
- Integrated compliant Safe Torque Off (STO), compliance with:
- ISO 12849-1:2015 Category 3 PL d.
- EN 61508 SIL2
- EN 60204-1 Category 0
- EN 62061 SIL CL 2
The cLEAN Drive is part of the STOBER cLEAN System, which features a 3-year warranty on all components: stainless steel reducer and hygienic motor, Ecolab certified cable, and preprogrammed drive.
