Rittal Appoints Udayan Senapati as CEO of Rittal North America

Rittal LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Udayan Senapati as Chief Executive Officer of Rittal North America, overseeing operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Based in Chicago, Senapati will spearhead the company’s strategic vision, focusing on accelerated growth — reinforcing Rittal’s position as a premier solution partner in Industrial Automation and IT infrastructure.

Senapati joins Rittal with over 30 years of global leadership experience spanning sales, product management, marketing, operations, and engineering. He has held senior executive roles at major organizations, including Danaher, Ametek, and Belden. Most recently, he served as Regional President of Industrial Automation at IMI, where he established a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and strengthening customer partnerships across the data center, automotive, food and beverage, healthcare, semiconductor, and factory automation sectors.

Under his leadership, Rittal will continue to drive innovative hardware and software solutions, including enclosure systems, automation, power, and cooling, that stand at the forefront of value, innovation, and reliability. By leveraging his extensive technical and operational background, he aims to further solidify Rittal’s status as a trusted partner in the evolving industrial landscape.
