10:00 am CEST and 1:00 p.m. EDT

Polar, NCAB, and Phoenix Contact have joined together to organize an educational webinar about signal integrity and impedance to be held on April 6, 2022.

The webinar follows the guiding principle “On the subject of signal integrity – from calculation via interconnection technology to the printed circuit board – with a focus on impedance.” The companies will provide expert guidance for optimizing impedances on the printed circuit board. The rapidly growing demand for signal bandwidth goes hand in hand with increasingly rigorous requirements for data integrity.

From a variety of perspectives, experts Hermann Reischer of Polar Instruments, Michiel Op den Camp of NCAB Group Benelux, and Sebastian Stamm of Phoenix Contact will consider how the factors of frequency, materials, geometry, and component arrangement contribute to low-loss and low-reflection transmission. Participants can look forward to practical technical knowledge on topics ranging from PCB design and production, measuring equipment, and simulation to PCB connection technology.

The free, English-language event will take place in two sessions from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (CEST) for the EU and 1 to 3 p.m. (EDT) for the US. Detailed information and the registration form are available at https://www.ncabgroup.com/signal-integrity-and-impedance.
