Kooltronic Adds New 1,000 BTU/H DSP 17 Model to Access Series Slim-Depth AC Line

June 7, 2023

Kooltronic, Inc. of Pennington, NJ has recently added a new 1,000 BTU/H DSP 17 model to its Access Series line of slim-depth electrical enclosure air conditioners.

Kooltronic has expanded its Access Series line of ultra-slim, NEMA 12, and 3R rated air conditioners with the new 1,000 BTU/H DSP 17 model. The Access Series DSP 17 Air Conditioner is smaller and lighter than the original entry into the series, the 2,000 BTU/H DSP 23 Air Conditioner. Both Access Series DSP 17 and DSP 23 models feature an ultra-slim depth, compact footprint, and versatile installation options – making them ideal for door- or panel-mount enclosure cooling applications (installation options include front-rail, back-rail, and rivet nut mounting). Additional Access Series models with cooling capacities of 3,000 and 5,000 BTU/H are planned for release in the coming months.

All Access Series Enclosure Air Conditioners are designed to provide high-performance, closed-loop cooling in self-service kiosks, ATMs, and other electrical cabinets with space constraints that would preclude traditional refrigerant-based cooling units. Access Series Air Conditioners are UL/CUL Listed and Recognized. Kooltronic enclosure air conditioners can be configured for applicable enclosure IP designations and voltage needs. Custom-designed cooling and ventilation solutions are also available.
