Polycase: New Durable NEMA HN Series Enclosures Made in Ohio

February 3, 2026

Polycase is excited to announce the launch of the HN Series, a new line of rugged NEMA and IP-rated enclosures designed for reliable performance in outdoor and industrial environments. The series debuts with four sizes and is manufactured from impact-resistant, UV-stabilized polycarbonate, engineered to protect internal electronics from dust, water, and environmental exposure.

Proudly made in Avon, Ohio, the HN Series offers maximum flexibility with options such as plain or molded-on flanges. Customers can choose a solid gray or solid black enclosure or select a clear cover for effortless component monitoring. To complete each installation, Polycase provides a full range of compatible accessories, including DIN rail kits, cable glands, pole-mounting kits, and internal panels.

Customers can further streamline their projects with Polycase’s in-house CNC machining and graphics services. Precision-machined cutouts accommodate cable entries, displays, and other custom features, while graphics services enable branding or component identification printed directly on the enclosure. These value-added services reduce lead times and costs while ensuring a professional, ready-to-assemble solution.

The new sizes of HN Series range from medium to large:

  • HN-45: 5” × 3” × 2”
  • HN-57: 6” × 5” × 3”
  • HN-68: 7” × 5” × 3”
  • HN-88: 11” × 7” × 4”
