OKW: SMART-CONTROL Wall-Mount Enclosures Now Available With Custom Metal Holders

OKW can now supply its SMART-CONTROL wall-mount enclosures with custom-designed metal holders for faster and easier installation.

Wedge-shaped SMART-CONTROL fits internal corners but can also be used on flat walls or desktops. Applications include security and monitoring, environmental technology, IoT/IIoT, gateways, measurement and control, sensors, medical and laboratory technology.

The metal holders are fabricated according to the individual requirements of the customer. Vertical or angled orientation of the housing can be specified, along with the location of the mounting holes and/or cable routings.

SMART-CONTROL (IP 55 optional) is offered in two versions, enabling it to be specified with either a smooth convex top or a recessed top for a membrane keypad. It is assembled using tamperproof Torx screws that are not visible from the front. Inside, there are PCB mounting pillars in the top and bottom.

These UV-stable ASA+PC (UL 94 V-0) enclosures are available in two standard sizes: S 5.59″ x 3.19″ x 1.81″ and M 6.81″ x 3.98″ x 2.32″. The standard color is off-white (RAL 9002). Custom colors are available on request.

Accessories include a plastic wall suspension element, a desktop stand set, sealing kit (IP 55) and self-tapping PCB screws.

OKW can supply SMART-CONTROL fully customized. Services include machining, lacquering, printing, laser marking, decor foils, RFI/EMI shielding, and installation and assembly of accessories.
