nVent Hoffman: Continuous Hinge with Clamps, Type 4 Enclosure Enhancement
Building on previously communicated updates, nVent Hoffman have made additional updates to the Continuous Hinge with Clamps LP, Type 4 Enclosure (A12) portfolio. The single-door enclosure solution has been redesigned to achieve a universal rating, with the enclosure suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. All hardware is stainless steel, including the screw-down door clamps and heavy-gauge hinge pin. The door clamp count and position have been re-defined to achieve optimal compression of the seamless, foam-in-place gasket.

Schmersal: RSS260 Safety Sensor With New Cost-Saving Features
(Wuppertal) The Schmersal Group has further developed its compact RSS260 safety sensor and equipped it with new software – the sensor now offers four additional, optionally selectable functions: – Feedback loop monitoring – Automatic restart / manual restart – Reset – Emergency stop monitoring. On the F0/F1 version, the RSS260 assumes the tasks of a safety relay module, i.e. monitoring of the movable safety guard as well as of the contactors directly actuated by the sensor outputs.

Siemens: SIMOVAC Non-Arc-Resistant and SIMOVAC-AR Arc-Resistant Motor Controllers
The Siemens SIMOVAC medium-voltage non-arc-resistant and SIMOVAC-AR arc-resistant controllers have a modular design incorporating up to two 12SVC400 (400 A) controllers, housed in a freestanding sheet steel enclosure. Each controller is UL 347 class E2, equipped with three current-limiting fuses, a non-load-break isolating switch, and a fixed-mounted vacuum contactor (plug-in type optional for 12SVC400). The enclosure is designed for front access, allowing the equipment to be located with the rear of the equipment close to a non-combustible wall.
